ERA RECERTIFICATION

TO REGISTER FOR THE ERA RECERTIFICATION,

You will need a Cogent Steps Learner Account to register for a course.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
1. Do you have an active ERA Certification/Recertification from CogentSteps? Continue with the registration process.
2. Do you have an active ERA Certification/Recertification from another institute? CLICK HERE before proceeding with registration.
3. You may register for the ERA Recertification course starting six months prior to your ERA Certification expiration date (i.e., if you completed your ERA Certification on 11/28/2022, you will not be able to register to recertify until after5/28/2025). Questions? Please contact us.

TRANSFERS, CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS POLICY

Transfer requests for course registration received not later than 14 days before the course is scheduled to begin will be honored at no cost provided the gaining course has capacity. Cancellation requests for course registration received not later than 14 days before the course is scheduled to begin will receive a full refund minus a $65 administrative fee. CPR cancellations will receive a full refund minus a $15.00 administrative fee. Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days from the day the request is received.

There will be no refunds for no-shows or cancellations after 14 days before the course is scheduled to begin. After two transfers, ERA registrations are no longer eligible for refund. Cancellation requests must be emailed to mlweinstein@cogentsteps.net.
